A new year

It's a new year. Last year was good in terms of weight loss. I lost 20 pounds. Now I am struggling to get into a habit of exercise again because of the lack of it during the holidays. The holiday's really mess with me. Now I am working so I am having an even harder time fitting into my schedule. Maybe if I write everyday I will be more likely to accomplishing my goals. Anyway here is to a new year!
